Su boregi, prepared with thin pastry sheets boiled in water mixed with cheese, butter and parsley, is the king of all Turkish boreks (cheese pastries). Heat it up well before serving, 1 min in microwave works well for 2 pieces, but ideally you should warm it in traditional convectional oven, serve it with Turkish black tea.
